Liam Burke - Managing Director BE.MIEI Liam qualified as a civil engineer at the University College Dublin with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering. Liam is a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland. Working in the tunnelling industry since qualifying and has worked al over the United Kingdom and Ireland. Liam started the company with his partner Sean in 1995 and since its foundation the company has grown into a company with a annul turnover of 9m under the stewardship of Liam. Within the tunnelling community Liam is well known for his direct approach and his ability to adapt to different situations and recommend solutions to any given problem. Sean Fallon - Company Director Sean is a character who once met is never forgotten, in previous years you would find Sean onsite leading from the front. These days Sean has taken a back seat role in the company mainly in an advisory capacity, using his vast knowledge of tunnelling activities to recommend different methods and techniques for difficult situations on projects. Sean is sadly missed onsite both by our own teams and various clients we have worked for. Hugh Boyle - Operations Manager Hugh is one of the most valued assets of the company he along with Liam are the first contacts our clients meet. Hugh as many years in tunnelling all over the world and his experience is invaluable as he can see most problems before most other people. His strong onsite leadership and his ability to speak to the highest levels of management make's him a favourite with all of our clients. Steve Goodgroves - Health and Safety Advisor Steve brings a wealth of experience from the coal mining industry and as a strong commitment to safety of our employees. Steve is more than capable of communicating his message to our onsite personal and the highest members of management. He will lead from the front to demonstrate his message and he will take the time to explain all aspects of safety.   Kath Heafield - Office Supervisor Kath has been with the company for many years now and is a valued member of our team and she is the one who is the first contact with most of our clients before we arrive onsite. Kath demonstrates the kind of tenacity and determination of a person who wants to succeed. Paul Willis - Specialist Technical Advisor Paul started his career within the U.K. coal mining industry as a plant fitter and gained qualification to the highest order. Since the demise of the coal industry within the U.K Paul has worked world wide and has gained a wealth of experience within the tunnelling industry. Paul's technical ability and management skills coupled with his onsite leadership have proven to be a great asset to F & B Limited.
